Blue whales were nearly hunted to extinction in the 20th century, but they are starting to recover in this region and now is the perfect time to step in and start to monitor their recovery.
Ice Climbing – The best way to truly grasp the magnitude of the sheer icy mountains that line the Antarctic coastline is to try and climb them. With an expert mountain guide, you can climb to stunning viewpoints and take in sweeping views across the ocean below.
Scuba Diving – Discover another world beneath the ice. Accompanied by a master diver, explore waters thriving with krill and attracting marine life of every size.
Ski Touring – This is a ski experience unlike anywhere else in the world. Speed down untouched slopes and explore Antarctica’s unique topography. Most slopes can only be accessed via skinning, making the descent all the more rewarding.
