Job Summary

The Projects Intern will support the Projects Team in delivering world-class adventures, assisting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with research, administration, logistics, and creative development. The role will also provide dedicated support to the Product Manager, particularly in developing presentation briefs and materials to showcase unique experiences to clients.


This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-end travel project management, product development, and creative presentation within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in day-to-day project delivery.
  • Conduct research on destinations, experiences, and suppliers to support trip planning.
  • Help draft and format itineraries, proposal briefs, and client-facing documents.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling database updates, buying and packing kit for trips etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems (e.g., Zoho, Dash, OneNote).
  • Help collate and manage logistics documents, including supplier contacts, permits, and travel requirements.

  • Creative & Presentation Support

  • Work with the Product Manager to create visually engaging and informative presentation briefs for clients.
  • Support the Projects Team in preparing pitch decks and proposal materials for client presentations.
  • Assist with research, imagery sourcing, and content preparation for creative concepts.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Provide general assistance to Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and the wider Projects Team as needed.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners under supervision to gather information and quotes.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance client proposals and trip delivery.

  • Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); design skills (e.g., InDesign, Canva, or similar) an advantage.
  • Research-driven, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Creative eye for presentation and visual storytelling.
  • Enthusiasm for travel, adventure, and delivering unique experiences.
  • A collaborative, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.

    Reports to: Head of Projects

    Role: Providing support to the Project team of 12. We expect to hire two interns for this period.

    Location: Cookson Adventures Offices, 2 Clearwater Terrace, London, W11 4XL. The Projects Interns will be office-based five days a week to maximise learning, exposure, and collaboration with the team.

    Duration: 4 months (ideally from 3 November 2025 to 28 February 2026)
