The role
We are seeking a personable and passionate Private Client Manager to join our team and assist with the evolution and elevation of the overall client experience at Cookson Adventures.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and able to naturally build rapport with our UHNW clients in person, over the phone and on email by conveying their enthusiasm and knowledge about our extraordinary adventures to all corners of the world.
As the initial touchpoint for all new enquiries, you'll be responsible for setting the tone – one of inspiration, trust and an industry leading service. You'll listen deeply, understand quickly and provide intelligent guidance to help shape a client's vision before collaborating with our specialist Projects Team to bring these ideas to life through highly curated trips.
You'll work across departments, collaborating closely with the Projects and Marketing Teams to help refine our approach and ensure every prospective client receives a level of engagement befitting Cookson Adventures.
